GDC - Operations Center

The Operations Center represents the central point for monitoring, managing and coordinating the operation of the Data Center’s infrastructure and security systems. Its primary role is to ensure the continuous, stable and optimal operation of all key systems within the Data Center.
Through continuous infrastructure monitoring, the Operations Center enables preventive action, rapid response to technical challenges and reduction of potential service downtime.
The key functions of the Operations Center include:
- 24/7/365 monitoring of Data Center performance, availability and security
- monitoring and management of implemented technologies and infrastructure systems
- threat prevention and maintenance of system stability
- real-time identification, analysis and resolution of issues
- coordination of activities to preserve service continuity
